Delivery and returns
We will send you a notice by email when the goods have been dispatched. Title in the goods passes to you when they are delivered, provided full payment has been made.
You must inspect the goods on delivery or time of purchase and notify us by email or telephone within 24 hours of the recorded date and time of delivery of any damage, shortage, defect or deficiency of the goods supplied.
You must return damaged or defective goods, unused and in their original packing, by recorded delivery or personally within seven working days of delivery.
Goods purchased in store are sold as seen. Damaged or defective goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for exchange or for the damage to be made good. Milliners’ Guild and our sellers reserves the right to refuse to refund when damage is deemed to have been caused by the customer.
We will make good any damage, shortage, defect or deficiency as soon as it is reasonable to do so and shall reimburse your reasonable costs for the return of the goods but shall otherwise be under no liability whatsoever arising from such damage, shortage, defect or deficiency.
